Registration Fees

How are the registration fees determined?

The Lismore Masters Games entry fees are made up of a Games entry fee and Sport entry fee.

The Games entry fee is the same for all participants and is set by the Lismore Masters Games Organising Committee. The Games entry fee component covers the operational costs of staging a well conducted event. This includes the overall Event costs such as establishing the Games Village in Lismore and social program, ceremonies, and centralised services such as accreditation, staffing, and marketing and promotion.

The Sport entry fee is paid by all participants in addition to the Games entry fee and is different for every sport and/or event. The Sport Convenors of individual sports determine this fee which is directed towards the costs of conducting the individual sport competition, including venue hire, equipment and timing costs, as well as cleaning and sanitising logistics.

What is the difference between a Competitor Games Entry and Social Registration Entry?

A Competitor participates in a chosen sport or event and can attend the social functions organised for the event.

A Social Registration is a participant who would like to be part of the Games but not participate in an on-field sporting capacity. Social Registrations can attend all the social functions organised for the event.

If you have a non-playing official involved with a sport or event who would like to attend the social functions, they will need to register as a Social Registration participant.

Please register for both entry types through the online registration system.

Can I enter more than one person at a time?

Each participant must complete their own registration. At the end of the registration process you can select "add another person", however this function is available to new participants only. You can add as many participants as you need to, making sure that all entry details are correct before proceeding to the payment process. Please make sure you check all personal details and sport details are correct before making payment.

How do I withdraw from the Lismore Masters Games if I am no longer able to attend?

Please email legends@lismore.nsw.gov.au notifying us of your reasons for withdrawal.

Can I transfer my registration entry to another teammate or person?

Yes - Please contact legends@lismore.nsw.gov.au for assistance.

Will I receive a confirmation copy of my registration entry?

Yes - participants will receive a confirmation email with payment confirmation and invoice after payment is processed.

How do I create a team to enter via the registration website?

A team manager can pre-register a team through the "Team Creation" portal. From here you can enter your sport details and email prospective participants who will then need to register separately via the "Competitor Games Entry" tab.

If I don't have a team, can I register to be part of a specific team sport event?

If you would like to find a team in advance, please email legends@lismore.nsw.gov.au and we will try to put you in contact with the relevant Sport Convenor who will try to assist with your request.
