Lawn Bowls is one of those precision sports, a bit like golf, where a day can go peachy or a little over the trees! It seems simple in theory with the aim to roll the bowl closest to the ‘jack or kitty’ but it is more challenging that it seems. That's why our devoted lawn bowlers at the Masters Games love their sport and especially dread the dreaded “ditch”. You never want your bowl to go in the ditch! (more)
